• Dusting of all areas
• Removing of all grout, paint and pencil marks on windows, tiles, cupboards and other areas
• Washing of interior and exterior window (including grout removal)
• Cleaning of all light switches and light fixtures
• Dusting and wiping of all cupboards inside and out
• Wiping of all walls, doors and fixtures
• Scrubbing and mopping of floors/washing of carpets
• Final walk through to be signed by client
